Nestled among the rolling hills of Mount Magnificent alongside South Australia's famous Heysen Trail, The Gum is a secluded off-grid tiny house offering soul-stirring views and ultimate serenity.

Named for the majestic, centuries-old Messmate Stringybark Gum that stands proudly beside it, this cozy retreat is your gateway to nature’s finest. Soak under the stars in the outdoor bath, unwind by the crackling fire pit, and sink into a luxurious king-size bed after a day of walking trails and breathing in the pure mountain air.

With panoramic vistas, eco-conscious living, and unmatched tranquillity, The Gum is a place to disconnect, recharge, and reconnect with the wild beauty of Mount Magnificent.

Standard rate: $399 per night Mon-Thurs

Weekend rate: $449 per night Fri-Sun

Minimum 2 night stay. 

Our Tiny House sleeps 2 adults, sorry not suitable for children.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds provided

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled of arrival can be rebooked or credit voucher issued.

As a small business we are unable to accommodate late changes, no rebooking or credit voucher will be allowed for cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled arrival.
